Volunteers are needed to help with homework assistance, arts &amp; crafts projects, mentoring, and other activities. Children's Harvest volunteers will need to work out a schedule with Golden Harvest's volunteer coordinator. Help is also needed in monitoring these sites (training will be provided by Golden Harvest). Volunteers are needed to help stock, as well as work the front desk process the agencies coming in. Volunteer teams are needed to sponsor days and individuals are needed as fill-ins. Volunteers prepare and serve food for an average of 260 meals a day. The hours are 8 am to 1:30 pm. Serving time is 11 am to 12:30 pm. The calendar for the soup kitchn is done annually and fills up <STRONG>QUICKLY</STRONG>! <p style="font-size: 110%;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Aiken</strong></span> site help is needed Monday through Thursday 7am-5 pm (closed 12-1 for lunch) and &nbsp;Friday 8am -12 pm. <br />Groups over 5 can schedule additional hours in advance. &nbsp;</p>
<p style="font-size: 110%;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Upstate</span> </strong>site Monday or Friday between 10:30 am-2:30 pm for training and orientation</p>
<p style="font-size: 110%;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Faith Food Factory</span></strong> is&nbsp;Golden Harvest's product rescue warehouse.&nbsp;Currently, the office hours for the Faith Food Factory are Monday and Wednesday 8am-5pm, Tuesday &amp; Thursday&nbsp;9am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. Individual and groups are welcome during this time. If you are interested in volunteering please coordinate a time in advance with our volunteer coordinator.</p>
<p style="font-size: 110%;">Groups of 10-15 can also schedule a shift on Saturday. The morning shift is from 9 am-12 pm and the afternoon shift is from 1pm-4pm. It is recommended that you call at least 2-3 weeks ahead of time to schedule a Saturday shift.&nbsp;</p>
