Classification: Full-time -- Hourly -- Grade 2

Supervision: Product Logistics Manager, SC Administrato or Upstate Manager

Goal: To pickup and/or deliver product in a safe, timely and efficient manner - providing excellent customer service to donors and customers alike.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver agency orders, Manna Trucks, etc. -- loading and unloading, as needed.
2. Picking up grocery product donations from donors and other Food Banks including loading/unloading.
3. Act as a link between agencies/donors and other Food Bank staff -- reporting issues to the appropriate staff.
4. Maintain accurate and current mileage log.
5. Oversee standard and preventative maintenance of the truck -- informing Product Logistics Manager (PLM), SC Administrator (SCA) or Upstate Manager (UM) of any problems/issues.
6. Keep the cab, box unit and outside of vehicles used clean and gassed up.
7. Alert any other drivers of the truck to all necessary practices regarding proper practices and safety.
8. Assist in warehouse, as time permits, with all aspects of inventory, agency orders, etc.
9. Assist with food drives.
10. Perform other job tasks as assigned by PLM, SCA or UM.

A CDL CLASS A License is required for this position in GA & Aiken.

A CDL CLASS B License is required in the Upstate, but a CDL CLASS A License is preferred.
