Food Drives
A food drive is a coordinated effort to collect nonperishable food during a set period of time. If you are interested in doing a food drive the answer will always be “YES!” Golden Harvest Food Bank staff will deliver heavy duty cardboard barrels to store the food and will pick up the food at the end of the drive. Golden Harvest will also assist in managing food drive competitions and the promotion of a drive. Food drives can be conducted at any time of year and we will gladly help you in your efforts. Please contact Carrie Jones at 706-736-1199 ext. 217 or cjones@goldenharvest.org.
