The facility is available:
6am — 9am
2pm—midnight
Weekdays:
Value Level: $85 per hour
Available for short afternoon business meetings and other non-profits
Choice Level: $100 per hour
Available 6am – 9am; 2pm – 12 midnight; maximum of 10 hours
Weekend:
$125 per hour
Package A: 8 hours – $900
Package B: 10 hours – $1,000
Package C: $1,200 Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday
Available 2pm—12 midnight each day
Room set-up fee is $150 extra for anything that requires entire reset of chairs, tables, benches, etc.
Facility available from 2pm – 12 midnight
Additional costs required:
Sound and video technician: $100
Check made payable to the individual(s) approved by Golden Harvest staff
Public Safety Officers: $18 per hour
Check made payable to officer on duty
Setup/Teardown:
Any event that requires excessive setup and teardown (ie: setting up chairs for weddings, parties, or taking down all tables) will be required to sign-up as an Event Package or be charged an additional room setup fee.
The Master’s Table kitchen staff will set up the room per the request specified on the contract. All setups will be communicated in advance with The Master’s Table staff no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event.
The Master’s Table Staff:
In addition to The Master’s Table Coordinator, a Master’s Table staff member will also be required to be present.
Kitchen Staff: $18 per hour
