Food & Funds Drive
A Food & Funds Drive is a coordinated effort to collect nonperishable food and funds during a set period of time. If you are interested in planning a Food & Funds Drive, please contact the Food Bank. These drives are essential to helping the Food Bank feed those in need in our community. Food & Funds Drives are a great way to involve your business, place of worship, school or civic organization to feed lives together. Please see our Food Drive Tips for more information.
The rising cost of transportation makes our ability to acquire food more difficult. We thank you for coordinating delivery of your food donations to our Distribution Centers, whenever possible.
We encourage you to think outside of the barrel in order to hold a successful food and funds drive!
You can be as creative as you wish. These are some of the barrels the staff decorated and displayed throughout the hospital during University Hospital's Nurses Week 2011.
